Concert Review And Exclusive Interview With The Pretty Reckless!

I have to start this review off by saying that if you have not had a chance to check out The Pretty Reckless then you don’t know what you are missing. The band fronted by Taylor Momsen are incredible performers and put on one amazing rock show. My only complaint is that they did not play long enough, while I know that they have only released one full-length album and a new EP, I still would have loved to see them play for just a bit longer than their strict 45 minute set.

Jack White to Score "The Lone Ranger"

Warner Bros. Pictures announced that rocker Jack White will be writing and performing the score for Johnny Depp’s “The Lone Ranger,” due out in theatres May 2013.

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer told Variety he is looking forward to collaborating with White on the film.

“Jack’s an amazing songwriter with a unique style,” Bruckheimer said. “We’re thrilled to hear his fresh take on the William Tell Overture.”

Although White has never scored a movie before, he is no stranger to the big screen. White’s movie credits include an appearance in “Cold Mountain”  in which he sang several traditional songs.  The “Love Interruption” singer also appeared in the film “Walk Hard” and co-wrote ”Another Way to Die” with Alicia Keys for 2008′s James Bond film, “Quantum of Solace.”
