Exclusive REBROADCAST Of The Duran Duran American Express Unstaged Performance!

American Express will share an exclusive rebroadcast of Grammy® award-winning rock icons Duran Duran’s “Unstaged: An Original Series from American Express” sold-out performance during a special 48 hour on-demand period. The performance was streamed live on YouTube last month from the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

Directed by David Lynch, the concert included special guest performances from Mark Ronson, Kelis, Beth Ditto (The Gossip), and Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance). Duran Duran’s performance (featuring all four original members: Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor and Roger Taylor) came one day after their critically acclaimed 13th studio album, entitled ALL YOU NEED IS NOW (S-Curve Records), hit stores.

Jason Aldean Spends 3rd Week At #1, Performs On American Idol

Platinum selling country rocker Jason Aldean is slated to perform his multi-week No. one smash hit “Don’t You Wanna Stay” with Kelly Clarkson on FOX’s American Idol tomorrow at 8:00PM ET/7:00PM CT.  Later that night, fans can also catch Aldean perform his newest single “Dirt Road Anthem” on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS.

My Chemical Romance Sing It For Japan

After receiving thousands of Tweets on its official Twitter feed from fans around the world asking the band to express its support for earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan, My Chemical Romance has responded by recording the song “#SINGItForJapan,” which has been released exclusively via iTunes today, April 13th. The band and Warner Bros. Records will donate their proceeds from the song’s sales to the American Red Cross in support of its relief efforts in Japan.

Taking Back Sunday Release New Album June 28, 2011

Taking Back Sunday is set to release their new album on June 28, 2011. The self-titled release marks a return to the band’s original line-up from their 2002 debut Tell All Your Friends:  vocalist Adam Lazzara, guitarist Eddie Reyes and drummer Mark O’Connell have reunited with vocalist/guitarist John Nolan and bass player Shaun Cooper, who departed in 2003.   Tell All Your Friends has sold over one million records worldwide, spawned breakthrough anthem “Cute without the ‘E’ (Cut from the Team) and launched the band as one of the most influential of its generation.

Recorded in Los Angeles with producer Eric Valentine (Queens of the Stone Age, All American Rejects), Taking Back Sunday is the New York Band’s fifth studio album, three of which have been certified gold.  The first song off the album, “El Paso,” has already become a fan favorite, and debut single “Faith (When I Let You Down)” will be available starting May 3rd.

A special pre-order will be available to fans starting today only at www.takingbacksunday.com.  The limited-edition package includes the new album as well as a second bonus disc with six additional demo tracks and an instant MP3 download of “El Paso”.  The pre-order also includes 11 1′x1′ posters with unique art inspired by each song off the album, with copies of lyrics handwritten by Adam on the back of each poster.  Each package will be signed by the band.
