Rosaline Releases New Track
Chicago, IL’s Rosaline are unveiling a brand new track today, July 13th, on AbsolutePunk.net! The track, entitled ‘Model Ships’, is cut from their upcoming Good Fight Music debut, The Vitality Theory.
The new record hits stores on July 20th, 2010. The Vitality Theory is produced by the band, and is mixed by Andreas Magnusson (The Black Dahlia Murder, Haste the Day, Gwen Stacy). The record is tracked by Joel Wanasek at JTW Studios. Make sure to pre-order your copy of The Vitality Theory now!
“Musically, ‘Model Ships’ was a big experiment for Rosaline, and we think it paid off,†states vocalist and guitarist Madison Stolzer. “It ventures into song writing territory that we have never explored before. I hope listeners appreciate the careful fusion of open, aggressive post-hardcore with strong, catchy chord progressions, and amazing vocal hooks. The name of the new album, The Vitality Theory comes from the lyrics in this song. It is essentially the title track of the new album, and I’m absolutely positive that it is the catchiest, most genre shaking track on the record.â€
Rosaline will be performing on July 25th in Chicago at the Beat Kitchen to celebrate the release of The Vitality Theory. The band will be joined by other local acts 2 Star, Arla Mae, Eli, and A Hero Named Hope. Rosaline’s last hometown event at the Metro drew in a crowd of nearly 400 people. This local phenomenon is ready for another great show!
