Runner Runner Makes Television Debut on Jimmy Kimmel July 20

Sheryl Crow's New Video Premieres

VH1 and CMT, units of Viacom’s MTV Networks, have simultaneously premiered Sheryl Crow’s new music video “Summer Day.” The video will appear on multiple screens including VH1, CMT, VH1.com and CMT.com. In addition, VH1 will include a Top 20 Countdown spotlight look for the video beginning July 10th with official rotation beginning the following week.

Summer Day” is the first single off Sheryl’s seventh studio set 100 Miles From Memphis which is due for release July 20th on A&M Records. The track is already a top 10 hit at AAA radio and was serviced to Hot AC radio this week. The video was shot in Nashville with acclaimed director Wayne Isham.

Hillstomp Celebrates Release of Third Album

Portland, Oregon-based duo Hillstomp will celebrate the release of their third full-length album, “Darker The Night” (In Music We Trust Records) with a tour, including dates supporting Reverend Horton Heat (tour dates below).

Comprised of vocalist/guitarist Henry Kammerer and drummer/percussionist John Johnson, the duo draw heavily from north Mississippi trance blues, a bit from the hills of Appalachia, and then use the energy of punkabilly, to create a raucous hill-country-blues-stomp with a fiery youth and vigor. It comes clanging and tumbling out of an assortment of vintage mics, buckets, cans, and BBQ lids drenched in rambunctious slide guitar.
