PCM’s Kristyn was able to sit down with Apocalyptica after their rocking set that started the day at Rock on the Range in Columbus, OH! Never did we think that rocking cello’s would be such an amazing alarm clock, but Apocalyptica definitely got us moving! When this band takes the stage they truly demand your attention! Definitely not a band to miss!
Apocalyptica’s much anticipated new album “7th Symphony” will be released on August 24th and the new single “End of Me” featuring vocals by Gavin Rossdale will impact radio on June 29th! And this summer they’ll demonstrate their abundant skills and dramatic performance flair during a run of North American shows to support their upcoming seventh album 7th Symphony. The tour launches May 21 in Nashville, Tennessee at the WBUZ Hootenanny and runs through July 17 with a headline show at the Buffalo Town Ballroom.
7th Symphony was produced by Joe Barresi (Coheed and Cambria, Queens of the Stone Age, Bad Religion), and is scheduled for release August 24. The album will feature eight instrumentals plus four tracks with guest vocals including the first single “End Of Me” featuring lead vocals by Bush’s Gavin Rossdale. In addition, producer Howard Benson (Three Days Grace, Creed, My Chemical Romance) returns for production duties on two tracks on the forthcoming album.
