Puddle of Mudd Announce New Single And US Tour Dates

After a successful winter tour through the thick of 2010′s epic snowfall in the east, multi-platinum rockers Puddle of Mudd, will continue their tour for warm weather west coasters. “As a California resident, I’m looking forward to heating up my adopted state with more new music from Volume 4″ says frontman Wes Scantlin, adding “but we will be making our way east as well!”

The tour kicks off on April 1st in Anaheim, CA and extends into the spring summer with festival dates, including Rock On The Range, May 22 in Columbus OH. On the road, Puddle of Mudd will highlight a musical career created for and crafted by a close relationship with their fans. “We write songs for our fans, so you better believe we’ll continue to play the hits along the way” states Scantlin. And there is a long line of hits to be had – including “Blurry,” “She Hates Me,” “Control,” “Psycho” and the first track from Volume 4, “Spaceship.” The tour actually began on January 21st in Providence, RI and included sold out stops at NYC’s Nokia Theatre and more. This latest leg hits San Francisco, Reno, Denver and then winds its way back through the Midwest and all the way down to Tampa. Enthused to be back on the road, Scantlin says, “we are always excited to be performing together in front of our fans, and are looking forward to bringing it to those in warmer weather, who’ve patiently waited these last few months.”

Wolfmother Release Photos From New Video Shoot

Wolfmother will premiere their video for “Far Away” later this month but to give fans a preview of what’s to come the band has released a set of photos straight from the video shoot. Between dates of their recent tour with AC/DC, Wolfmother ducked away to a picturesque location in Sydney to shoot the forthcoming video. If the pictures are any indication of what fans can expect from the video we can safely say that the Sam Stephens of Hydra (Passion Pit “The Reeling and Muse “Uprising” videos) directed video is shaping up to be another epic visual from the Aussie rockers.
