Lindsay serves 84 min. in jail


Lindsey Lohan reportedly checked into Lynwood jail on Thursday to serve time related to her two DUI cases. As part of her plea deal, Lohan was sentenced to a minimum of 24 hours behind bars – but the star was in and out in 84 minutes.

According to jail policy, as a non-violent offender, Lohan was released early because of overcrowding. She turned herself in at 10:30 a.m. and left at 11:54 a.m.

“Ms. Lohan was cooperative,” said sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore. “She was fingerprinted, photographed and put in a holding cell, but was let go due to our early release policy.”

Lohan was originally sentenced in August to 4 days in jail, but prosecuters allowed her to substitute 10 days of community service for 2 days behind bars...

Warrant issued for Heroes Star in Japan!

The police in Japan has issued an arrest warrant for Heroes star Hayden Panettiere stemming from her save the dolphins campaign in the country. It has been claimed that the arrest warrant was issued for obstruction of commerce ( apparently blocking a boat with some surfboards, obstructs local commerce?) Hayden and other local activists were fighting to stop the annual hunting of the animals by local fisherman. Here is the video of Hayden’s tearful plea:

When Hayden was questioned about the warrant this was her response: “Potentially jail, but i doubt it.”
